1. If there is any complaint about misuse or illegal manufacture or trafficking of narcotics by the public, the Circle Inspector shall be informed directly. If no remedy is found there, the Chief Officer of the District shall be informed or directly informed.
2. Application for license/permit shall be made in the prescribed form to the Chief Officer of the District or to the Director General.
3. Any office of the Department may be contacted regarding drug addiction treatment.
4. Any complaint against any officer or employee of the Department may be reported to his superior officer or the Director General.
5. Any legal information regarding the Department may be obtained from the Chief Officer of the District or a superior officer.
